I am a senior at McGill University, in the joint honours math and computer science program.
In the summer of 2024 I worked as a software engineering intern at Optiver in Chicago. I was on the trading tools team, working on a system that responds to news events.
Currently I'm training with a team of three to represent McGill in ICPC, and working on organizing a couple of competitions for the competitive programming club.
In September 2025, I will start as a new grad software engineer at Jane Street in New York.
I have some other cool projects, including a data visualization tool for biologists. These are all linked to on my GitHub.
In my free time I like to play guitar and climb, and I rotate through a few other hobbies. I would love to hear from you if you are interested in any of these things, or have a cool problem you want to talk about.
(Also, notice that the visualization of my face in the section is different every time you open it. It's generated using a simulated annealing implementation in web-assembly.)
